Using extended wheel studs permits drivers to run lower offset wheels on a vehicle. Longer wheel studs are essential when using wheel spacers to move a wheel further out. Drop Engineering extended wheel studs allow drivers to reduce friction or backspacing issues on their tires without cutting down on available threading.

While factory studs are made just with the tires in mind, Drop Engineering studs have more available threading to ensure that even spaced out wheels are securely clamped to the axle.
