  If the part I'm looking for is not listed, is it still still available?

Absolutely! We stock dozens of parts that are not yet listed on our website. Many parts from the 60's, 70's, and early 80's are in stock and ready to ship. If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, call us now at 866.465.8590!

  Are you a Canadian company?

Yes! CoolDirect Radiators Canada is a proud Canadian company. We have been online since 2006 and 95% of our customers are Canadians. Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars and all our stock is in Canada.

  Where are you located?

We ship from warehouses located in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

  What do you mean by "free shipping"?

By "free shipping", we mean 100% FREE SHIPPING to any address within the 10 Canadian provinces.

  How fast will you ship my order?

• If you live relatively close to one of our warehouses and order early in the day, parts are often delivered on the same day.

• Orders placed before 3:30PM are usually shipped the same day and most of our customers receive their order the next day.

• Almost all our orders are received within 2 business days.

• If the part(s) you have ordered is(are) only in stock at a warehouse that is far from your location, shipping may take 3 to 5 business days. Shipping to more remote locations very rarely exceeds 5 business days. If the part is available but not in stock (certain rare parts), sourcing parts from our suppliers takes up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse.

• We ship with FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, and our own trucks.

  Do you sell used, recored, or no-name radiators?

No. We do not sell any "no-name", "whitebox", used, rebuilt or recored radiators under any circumstance.

  What kind of parts am I getting?

90% of the OEM radiators we sell are Koyo and Performance brand. These are high-end brands that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Examples of the remaining 10% include Nissens for some European cars, Samsung (OEM) for most Hyundai vehicles and Valeo or others for the few remaining models.

Almost every all-aluminum racing radiator we sell is manufactured by Koyo (Koyorad), Mishimoto, or Yonaka. We also sell Fluidyne and USR radiators if Koyo or Mishimoto does not manufacture a particular model, or if you specifically request it.

Motor mounts, bushings, lug nuts, and studs are manufactured by Drop Engineering.

  What's the difference between your parts and cheap "no-name" parts?

The internet is saturated with cheap radiators that cost a fraction of the price most shoppers are used to. Radiators are available in different qualities that are vastly different and are directly related to production costs. A high quality radiator is a combination of superior craftsmanship and high quality components:

• Thicker and more resistant plastics designed to withstand heat and pressure.
• High grade aluminum that is far more resistant to pressure, corrosion and wear.
• High grade copper and brass, and high quality solder for solid metal radiators.
• High quality gaskets to properly seal the header to the core for years to come.
• Precision threaded metal-lined fittings and drains that will resist stripping.

Cheap, no-name, whitebox radiators covered by "lifetime warranties" cost so little to those who sell them that they can afford to replace it as many times as it takes, "for a lifetime" without ever losing a penny. What these "lifetime warranties" leave out is never mentionned:

• Damage to your car from overheating.
• The cost of towing your car.
• The cost of labor required to replace the radiator -- again.
• You time, whether you do the job yourself or wait for a professional.
• The time you are left without a working vehicle.
• The cost of travelling withour your own vehicle.
• The cost of coolant, cleanup, and other problems related to leaky radiators.
• The fact that they will be replacing a cheap radiator with another cheap radiator.

  Can you ship my parts directly to the auto repair shop that is servicing my car?

Of course we can, we'll do it for free! We will ship your parts to any address you choose within Canada. If your car is at an auto repair shop and you need your parts shipped there directly, all you need to do is enter the shipping address of your repair shop on the "shipping" page during checkout. We'll take care of the rest!

  What about warranties?

CoolDirect Radiators Canada works exclusively with established and reputable manufacturers of high quality products. We only sell high-end radiators that meet or exceed OEM specifications. This means you'll do the job once and never think about it again.

CoolDirect knows how important peace of mind is to you. We understand that quality makes all the difference and we stand by what we sell. That's why we double the manufacturer's warranty on all Koyo and Performance® radiators. These radiators are covered by a 2 year warranty.

Mishimoto and Yonaka Motorsports parts are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. For more details about warranties , please refer our Warranty Information page.

  Do prices include taxes?

Prices do not include taxes.
• Customers from Québec are responsible for GST and QST
• Customers from British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland are responsible for HST.
• Customers from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, PEI, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the Yukon are responsible for GST

  How can I keep track of my order?

We put a tremendous amount of effort into keeping you informed of everything concerning your order, every step of the way. We believe that whether it's good news or bad news, you should never be kept in the dark.

To keep you posted, all information concerning your order, the stage at which it is, tracking information, any agreement we have with you, or any request you may have made to us, will be available to you by logging into our site and browsing to your order history.

You will also receive an email every time your order status changes. This information will remain available to you indefinitely so whether you need to reprint an invoice or remember a detail, all your information will always be a click away.

  What if I receive the wrong part?

Our years of experience give us a unique insight into the most common mistakes customers make. If there is any potential for confusion, a representative will contact you by phone before shipping to make sure that we are shipping the proper part.

• If we mistakenly sent you the wrong part, we will immediately send you the correct part and arrange for pickup of the wrong part at your earliest convenience.

• If you simply ordered the wrong part (the wrong model or the wrong year), send it back (with an RMA) and we'll refund you or send you the appropriate part! Please read our Shipping & Returns page for additional details.

  What if I purchase a part and you lower the price a few days later?

If you purchase a part and the price is lowered within the next 14 days, we will credit you the difference upon request.
